Discover the calming waters of Nairn Hydrotherapy pool, maintained at a comfortable 33°C. The water offers a range of benefits for baby & pre-school swim lessons, providing the perfect environment for early water experiences.
There are 6 changing stations, on poolside which can accommodate adult and child pairs, plus changing mats, play pen, toilet, showers and nappy bin. Baskets are provided for belongings.
The pool is 7m length, 4m width and 1.2 depth and is well suited for beginners, providing a safe environment for learning.

Other Services
Nairn Hydrotherapy Pool is a registered charity offering a range of sessions tailored to different needs. From NHS-referred physiotherapy to self-referral options, they cater to diverse requirements, including hydrotherapy, water circuits training, general well-being, and massages.
You can also join Aquanatal and Postnatal sessions guided by a registered midwife, specifically designed for expectant and new mothers.
The pool hosts under-5s swim sessions, is available for private family hire, and offers swimming lessons for primary school and ASN children.

Restore Physiotherapy
Restore Physiotherapy runs a private clinic at the pool. Claire is a highly experienced physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapy.
Her services include Mummy MOTs, antenatal physiotherapy, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, and treatment for general aches, pains, and scars.
