 Perfect for little babies looking for a gentle start to baby swimming. We guide parents to be confident holding, moving and floating with baby in the water. 

Together we’ll encourage them to kick their legs, and develop their swimming arms on the surface. We also look at swim safety skills like; holding on, safety turns and gentle underwater swims.

Perfect for little ones looking for a fun start to toddler swimming. We focus on water confidence with lots more toys, equipment & splashes! 

We also look at developing our swim safety skills like; holding on, monkeying around the pool, back rides, safety turns and gentle dips. However, the focus remains on learning through play and having lots of fun!

We focus on promoting water confidence, safety and independence. Helping them to progress towards independent swimming. 

However, the emphasis remains on learning through play and having fun to ensure your little one loves the time you spend together in the pool! 

Children will develop their water confidence and learn how to be safe and independent in the water.

Parents are in the water supporting their child and will start to gradually move to the side to watch their little one’s transformation!

In stage 1 we take things slowly and support this transition while parents can proudly watch from reception. 

We focus on developing water confidence, safety skills, and essential swimming techniques, with an emphasis on learning how to be safe and independent in the water.

This class is for children with good water confidence.

In stage 2, we focus on developing safety skills and key swimming techniques, including kicking on the front and back for 5 meters, as well as rolling from front to back and vice versa.

This class is for children who can swim 5 meters on both their front and back. 

In stage 3, we further develop strength and stamina with a focus on swimming longer distances. We also introduce arm movements for both front and back strokes.

This class is for children who can swim unaided.

In this final stage, we focus on developing our swim skills, breathing and introducing breaststroke. Our final stage together prepares your child to transition to a larger pool.

In addition to swimming lessons, we also offer informal family first aid workshops. These sessions equip parents and carers with life-saving skills.
